Additionally, Becker’s Healthcare and the Nashville Business Journal named Debbie as a Most Admired CEO Nominee and as a 2015 Women of Influence, respectively.

In addition, Vivere has been named one of the fastest growing women-led companies due to Debbie’s leadership.  She has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in multiple healthcare verticals.  Her unique set of skills and experience has earned her a reputation for establishing strong, collaborative partnerships with internal and external clients and vendors.

Debbie has a proven track record for leading business through revenue and margin growth and pushing past the status quo to increase client satisfaction, improve client retention and reduce expenses in multi-functional, multi-site organizations.

Dan Beuerlein

Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations

Dan is responsible for leading Vivere’s growth initiatives through the development of a nation-wide network of fertility clinics, laboratories, surgery centers and a national physician-owned pharmacy. Dan brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry coupled with an aggressive business philosophy.

He has a diverse skillset derived from private-equity backed start-ups and large public/private companies that propels the company forward at exponential speed. This has garnered Vivere being named in the Top 25 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Middle Tennessee for 2014 and 2015. Dan was named Rising Stars: 40 ASC Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Healthcare and Nashville Business Journal’s 2015 40 Under 40.

Scott Cable

Chief Operating Officer

Scott oversees operations, as well as development of product and service offerings and overall initiatives for the organization. With 15 plus years of progressive leadership experience in established and start-up environments, his expertise includes product development and management, financial planning and analysis, business strategy and planning, business outcomes and analytics, as well as marketing and end-user engagement.

As a senior leader, he formalizes strategic-planning, forges new working relationships and synergies across the organization and establishes greater transparency and accountability for team members who carry out the company’s vision and mission.

Rick Marshall

Chief Financial Officer

A highly accomplished and analytical professional with progressive achievements in financial and operations management, Rick Marshall serves as Vivere’s Chief Financial Officer. A visinoary leader with 15 plus years of experience, Rick brings a strong background of financial and accounting leadership to Vivere.

He most recently served as the Senior Director of Network Accounting for McKesson where he led the financial operations for the U.S. Oncology Network, which encompassed accounting, payroll, treasury and accounts payable activities.
